How to configure your VoIP account

We like to give your some practical advice on how to configure your VoIP account:

Firewall und Ports

To have your telephone or telephone system perfectly working you have to have the following ports open and forwarded to your telephone (port forwarding)

SIP: Port 5060 / udp
RTP-Voice: Portrange: 10000-20000 / udp

STUN can assist you to find out your actual IP address and solve the NAT Problem you might encounter. Please enter the address of a free accessible STUN server, ex. stun.sipgate.net if your telephone cannot be reached.

What do this error codes mean? 402,503?
402 - Payment Required
